Dress for Success …

is a Global Movement for Change Empowering Women Across 30 Countries to Obtain Safer and Better Futures

Dress for Success Wichita, the only chapter in Kansas, is a non-profit organization that relies entirely on financial donations and volunteers from within our community.

Since 2000, we have made a difference in the lives of more than a thousand women transitioning in the workplace, both the unemployed and the under-employed. DFS Wichita provides suits and skills to over 350 local women annually to help them become economically independent:

  • assisting with resume writing and interview skills;
  • networking and educational opportunities in professional development classes at Thursday Thrive meetings;
  • providing job interview clothing in our boutique.

As our clients benefit from your support, so will our entire community when these confident women become gainfully employed and go on to lead productive and successful lives. It is a gift that continues to give.

Our Mission is to empower women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and development tools to help women thrive in work and in life.
